IPP Films (“IPP Films”) reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time. When we do so, we will provide access to the new terms and conditions on the Site home page. If you do not agree with the new version of the terms and conditions, you must cease to use the Site.

We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for inaccuracies between products displayed in our online store and delivered items. We shall have no liabilities to you for any failure to deliver your purchase or any delay in delivery which is due to any act of war, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest, or any other event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The contents of the Site and other intellectual property rights pertaining thereto are protected by international copyright laws. The owner of these rights is IPP Films, its affiliates or other third party licensors. All product and company names and logos mentioned in the Site are the trade marks, service marks or trading names of their respective owners, including IPP Films. All designs, graphics and other artwork is and remains the copyright of IPP Films, although permission is granted to you to electronically copy and hard-copy print portions of our website for the sole purpose of reading the terms & conditions with more ease. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

IPP Films is the exclusive owner of all trademark & designs on all our products sold and all other company names & logos are the property of their owners. No permission is given in respect of the use of any brand names, product names, trademarks or their respective owners, and such use may constitute infringement of their owner's rights.

Where content published on the Site is supplied by third parties, you understand that IPP Films does not control or endorse such content in any way. All content which is offered by third parties that are not affiliated with or otherwise connected with IPP Films, is published in good faith but IPP Films does not (to the extent permitted by applicable law) accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of such content (whether published on or offline) or the use of such content.

Delivery
Delivery of any ‘Cinco de Mayo’ merchandise is undertaken by external carriers and thus is outside of our control. We cannot accept liability should your goods not arrive on time. You agree that IPP Films shall have no liabilities to you for any failure to deliver your purchase or any delay in delivery caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Credit card safety
IPP Films and our credit card processors, Paypal, use the latest technology to protect your credit card information and do not release it to any outside organisation. You can place your orders using secure encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions). Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.

Privacy Guarantee
We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission. If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters and entered any of our competitions, or advised us of your e-mail address, we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail.

Price
The quoted price includes any relevant taxes and duties.

You acknowledge that the payment of any monies to IPP Films via the Site is irrevocable and the same shall not be subject to refund or return by IPP Films.

Damaged or Defective Items
Should you receive a damaged or defective item from us, we will offer you a choice of:
A prompt replacement, a full refund or an alternative item of the same value.
However, you must return the damaged or defective product and this must be received by us within 30 days of delivery to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Out of Stock Items
All products are subject to availability. If you register an interest in an item that is currently out of stock, then we will reply to you, informing you of the likely timescale before that product will be back in stock.

Cookies
When visiting or purchasing from our sites, "cookies" are left on your PC to enable you to track your orders and to allow us to supply other mutually helpful information.

Credit Card Payment
Charges to your credit card will be shown as "PAYPAL *PELINOR".

General
We reserve the right to alter prices to take into account forces beyond our control (e.g. currency fluctuations).
Sorry - we are unable to supply nor can we accept donations from minors (under the age of 18).
We accept no liability whatsoever for any consequential loss, excepting loss by injury or death.
All goods supplied are for personal use only and are not to be sold or offered for re-sale.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company for any reason.
We agree to use reasonable efforts to remedy any reported operational faults in relation to the Service as soon as reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee to maintain uninterrupted availability of the Service.

If any part of these terms and conditions are held by an appropriate authority to be unenforceable, this shall not affect the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions.

These terms & conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, together with our website prices and contact details. They cannot be varied except where in writing and signed by a director of IPP Films. You will become the owner of your purchases once they are delivered. However you shall not obtain any right of copyright (or similar rights) in your purchase, of which any unauthorised use including copying, letting for hire or sale is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law
The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
